If you are not happy with your purchases or the product is damaged the item bought must be returned within 14 days.

In case the product is damaged when receiving it the buyer should notify us at info@nirvanagroups ,subject (HON) within 24 hrs of receipt and the goods returned within 14days of purchase.

In both the case the product labels should be attached and proof of purchase enclosed.

We will replace that particular piece with the same piece. If that particular piece is unavailable you can select another piece from the current range up to or equal to the value of the piece that has this manufacturing fault.

Please note that all exchanges other than damaged or wrong orders carry postage charge.
